Washing / Cleaning:

Recommendations:

1.) Make sure all Electronics and Filters are removed before washing your cloth.

2.) Use a mild detergent.

3.) Set Your Washer machine to Cold/warm and Genital Cycles.

4.) Air Dry... DO NOT TUMBLE DRY!

5.) Carefully Insert the Electronics into the outermost pocket with the lights facing out and the Switch being inserted Last.

Helpful Troubleshooting Tips Not Mentioned In The Video:

1.) If you're having trouble pairing try turning off and on the Smart Phone's Bluetooth in your Phone Settings.

2.) If you're having trouble re-pairing and already paired devices. Unpair everything and start over. (It won't take that long.)

3.) Make Sure You have the most up-to-date version of the Cool Carnival App. 4.) If All else fails contact us: coolcarnivalapp.com

To Find Your Device:

Each of our LED Smart Display Mask has a unique name but usually starts with either glow, coca, or cool followed by either numbers or letters.

The best way to find your mask's name is to:

1.) Make sure that your smartphone can detect new devices via Bluetooth. (Check your permissions for your phone.)

2.) Be in your smartphone's blue tooth settings when you turn your mask on.

3.) Look For any new Bluetooth devices that show up when you turn your LED Smart Display Mask on.
